Prior to joining Xoriant, Rajat led Wipro’s $1B+ Engineering business as the Global Head of Strategy and Marketing. He was responsible for driving marketing and strategic initiatives, shaping market positioning, and overseeing inorganic growth initiatives. Before that, he was at the helm of scaled marketing and sales programs as the Head of Marketing at Birlasoft, where he played a key role in the company's successful acquisition of KPIT.

Rajat's career also includes building and leading HCLTech's marketing for the business, growing it from $400M to $1.6B+, and a successful stint at Oracle in his formative years. He has consistently been acknowledged for his transformative impact within the industry and his ability to build high-performance teams.

Rajat is an engineer by qualification and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MDI, Gurgaon.
