Xoriant Senior Vice President of Cloud and Infrastructure Srikara Rao comes with two decades of solid experience in driving transformational change and achieving remarkable outcomes through innovative solutions and streamlining operations. He has worked across various industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Healthcare, and High Technology.
At Xoriant, Srikara will develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure, strengthen digital networks, ensure robust IT security measures, and streamline service management processes.
Prior to Xoriant, Srikara was the Senior Vice President and Practice Head of Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security Services at HTC Global Services. He oversaw all aspects of IT Infrastructure, including Cloud Services, Hybrid Workplaces, Digital Networks, IT Security, and Service Management. Srikara actively supported business growth at HTC through strategic IT initiatives and revenue-generating programs.
Prior to HTC, Srikara has held leadership positions at Microland, Capgemini and Infosys across APAC, Europe, and Americas helping clients in their transformation journey.
Srikara is an Electronics and Telecommunications graduate from the Visveswaraya College of Engineering, Bengaluru, India. He currently resides in Frisco, Texas.
