Xoriant Senior Vice President of Emerging Verticals Kapil Arora plays a pivotal role in leading and spearheading the strategic expansion of Xoriant beyond the Hi-Tech and BFSI domains. With a focus on identifying new growth opportunities and nurturing key partnerships, Kapil is instrumental in charting and executing our Go-To-Market strategy for emerging verticals. Kapil's visionary leadership and vast expertise are central to Xoriant’s continued success in promising new markets.
In his illustrious career, Kapil has managed both large-scale ($250M+) and smaller ($5–10M) client relationships, excelled in new business development, led multi-year outsourcing and digital transformation deals, co-created innovative solutions with customers, and played a key role in establishing near-shore centers in various geographies.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Kapil brings a wealth of experience in driving customer solutions and success. Most recently, he served as the Professional Services Leader at AWS, where he played a pivotal role in creating and executing their Go-To-Market strategy for underrepresented areas.
Throughout his career, Kapil has held diverse leadership positions, handling P&L responsibilities, leading teams, managing large customer relationships, and setting up greenfield operations across multiple geographies. He has been instrumental in delivering outstanding results for various organizations, including HCLTech, Infosys, and L&T Infotech.
An alumnus of prestigious institutions, Kapil holds degrees from IIT BHU and IIM Calcutta.
