Job Title: Sr. IT Project Manager

Job Duties:

Build and Maintain project plan, including approach, scope, tasks, durations, work effort, dependencies, budget planning assumption, risk profile, resource allocation and deliverable definition. Make project level decisions and manage and track leads and day-to day activities. Serve as a liaison between Business & IT teams by providing technical solutions fulfilling business goals and organization objectives. Responsible for project status reporting to different stakeholders. Publish the weekly/monthly/governance reports for the project. Facilitate estimation & planning practices for project development using “waterfall” delivery lifecycle. Responsible for identifying and managing project risk factors, and anticipating and resolving project issues. Maintain RAID logs for the project. Track logs through weekly reviews and team meetings; thereby determining the impacts and help with decision making of project. Organize, coordinate and direct the project work. Manage and Monitor SLA’s and operational baselines for the project. Perform End to End Release Planning by coordinating with Business, Development and Quality Assurance. Conduct Requirement review, architecture and design signoff and other milestone tollgate meetings with Business Analyst, Product Managers, Developers and QA. Ensure all documentation like Assumptions, Requirement, Dependencies, Technical Specification, Test Request, Test Case and other documents adheres to client’s Control and Compliance governances. Organize and chair the governance and executive level meetings with client. Facilitate Post Implementation Reviews and ensure lessons learned are carried forward appropriately and are well documented. Manage end to end delivery of the Technology projects/program and ensure that projects are delivered in time and within budgets. Collaborate with the CLS Operations, Product, Risk and BA Team to manage the requirements during the program lifecycle.  Establish and manage program delivery roadmap and overall plan integrating from all the work streams plans. Manage vendor resource assignments & allocations, lay down reportable milestones and form project governance. Maintain and manage project/program level risks, issues and dependencies, keeping track and control on all external and internal dependencies, interdependencies across the project streams within the program. Manage and track cost and resource projections for the entire program team covering vendors, CLS contractors. Negotiate budgets and optimum resourcing with the vendors, track program level budget. Manage financials reporting for the program at all levels and to finance department. Establish Program governance board & framework to manage decisions, Dashboard reporting to CLS management. Drive weekly, biweekly and monthly project/program status meetings. Manage acceptance and exit Criteria for the UAT rollout and Production go live. Manage knowledge transitions & production handover of the application to CLS Operations and application support team.

Job Requirements:

Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field. Require 5 years of experience in job offered, IT Project Manager, Project Lead, Software Consultant or related, using SQL Server, MS Suite, JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Tableau. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
