Job Duties:
Under supervision will be responsible for the following: Gather, analyze, document business and technical requirements from system users and prepare Business Requirement Document that provides appropriate scope of work for the technical team to develop a prototype/conceptual model of the overall system. Organize daily stand up meetings with developers, stake holders and manage the tasks on JIRA board as part of the Agile scrum methodology. Update structure of existing ETL data mapping templates for Integration process. Develop and validate data transfer, aggregation, validation & analytics for Oracle financial modules. Develop and validate Oracle ProJet Accounting modules include costing, billing and project management Interact with designers and software developers to understand application functionality and navigational flow and keep them updated about business user’s specifications. Initiate discussions among cross-functional teams for enterprise wide solution delivery. Track issues that are detected and update the status of existing issues based on the daily meetings. Create documentation enabling the developers to understand the logic required for building the analytical models using Business Intelligence tools. Understand the client’s business and their existing system for analysis and help them to validate the application and the enhancements made. Review technical and functional designs driving towards simple sustainable and reusable solutions. Provide in-depth technical and functional solution to business unit and IT management and ensure development of efficient application system utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies. Configure Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets related modules to meet business requirements. Provide integrated systems planning and recommend new functionalities, technologies and processes targeting improved line for the organizations. Implement and rolling out the developed solutions in Oracle ERP based environment. Perform production support activities for organization’s internal customers. Create accurate, concise functional design documents MD50 for any customizations required to meet the business requirements. Participate in CRP and UAT test cycles along with users and resolve the issue identified during the testing. Configure the oracle finance and costing modules to be able to meet business requirements.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign academic equivalent or a combination of education and experience equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field. Requires 2 years of experience in job offered, Systems Analyst, Consultant, Oracle Finance Consultant, Consultant in Oracle-CMITS, or related field. Required experience must include experience in Oracle EBS R12, Oracle EBS R11, Oracle Cloud Financials, SQL Developer for Oracle and PL/SQL, Toad. Requires travel/relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
