Xoriant's Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Shekhar Joshi, is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record spanning over 26 years in the realm of technology-driven practice development and delivery. As the helm of Xoriant's Cloud Infrastructure and Security practice, Shekhar holds the responsibility of spearheading cutting-edge advancements in cloud and security delivery while crafting innovative, customer-centric solutions that redefine industry standards.
Before joining Xoriant, Shekhar served as the Head of ServiceNow and Hybrid IT Practice and Delivery at Fujitsu. During his tenure, he successfully built the ServiceNow practice and delivery across global delivery centers. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in incubating the Hybrid IT (Cloud) service line and developing a roadmap for capability, talent, and solutions to drive cloud adoption. He also built a Center of Excellence (CoE) team to drive solutions and value addition for customers.
Before Fujitsu, Shekhar was the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Storage and Backup Delivery at MphasiS/EDS. He led and built the capability framework for technical practice and delivery, working closely with enterprise customers to enhance capacity and availability. Shekhar specializes in driving business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
Shekhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and is highly qualified in his field. Apart from his professional endeavors, Shekhar cherishes spending time with his family.
