Xoriant Senior Vice President and Head of BFS Vertical Rahul Dubey comes with more than twenty years of experience in Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge funds, and financial technologies.
At Xoriant, he will lead market-facing responsibilities across all customers in the BFS vertical. He has a track record of revitalizing businesses to boost growth and profitability.
Prior to joining Xoriant, Rahul led Mphasis' sizable banking and capital market vertical, where he also built the "New Customer Acquisition" business unit from the ground up. Before that, he spent over 12 years at Persistent Systems, where he held several leadership positions. He played a pivotal role in expanding Persistent Systems' enterprise vertical and spearheaded the growth of the Banking business unit. He was instrumental in establishing Persistent's Low-Code practice across the globe, leveraging strategic alliances with industry-leading platforms such as Appian, Pega, Outsystems, and Unqork.
Rahul is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and holds a Master of Computer Application from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He actively contributes to various institutions, including the India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), the Georgia Tech Incubation Group, the IIM-Indore Ikon program, the Harvard Club of New York City, and the Wall Street Tech Association and lives in New Jersey.
