Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Duties:
Prepare Installation Guides, User Manuals, Standard Operational Procedure, Troubleshooting Guides for Operations/Support and Service Management. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers understand and analyze business requirements, implementation scope, performance metrics and limitations for Project modules. Helping drive and coordinate changes to applications, systems and related infrastructure, responding to production incidents. Creating and using software tools to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency, and creating operational reports to aid in strategic operations management. Develop creative visual solution that gives co-related and comprehensive view of system performance. Instrument monitoring, alerting and automated Incident management solutions for various projects. Manage, support, and administer (design, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, tuning and optimization) of monitoring tools. Involve in developing new applications and enhancing the capabilities of existing applications. Develop automation processes using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools. Develop and enhance applications/tools, automation scripts and administration tasks for various application components. Work on integration of various Amazon Web Services provided by the amazon ecosystem to implement the architecture design along with best security practices, cost optimization and hardening on AWS cloud. Setup, configure, build and administer AWS infrastructure resources. Implement the best security hardening and compliance policies via amazon landing zone to deliver multi account platform for the netting application service in AWS cloud. Troubleshoot, diagnosing network. middleware and application issues in various projects including on premise and cloud infrastructure platform. Investigate and analyze reported defects in a timely manner, and recommend solutions to these problems including code changes, data updates, or configuration modifications. Involve in 24/7 Production Support and Data Center Operations teams to resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide extensive support for the users on application usage and trained users in the functionality of the Monitoring and DevOps tools.
Job Requirements:
Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Technology, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Require 5 years of experience in job offered, Systems Management Engineer, Software Consultant or related, using Perl Programming, VB Script, Shell Scripting, Python, PowerShell, Zenoss, AWS Resources. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
