Job Duties:

Responsible for leading digital transformation teams to design & develop big data pipelines to ingest hundreds of terabyte of customers’ insurance claims and risk data into Hadoop Data Lake. Design Big Data, Machine learning and Al solutions to build predictive and prescriptive machine learning models for the recommendation engine. Design & development of interactive digital Tableau dashboards for use by executive leadership, colleagues and customers to visualize performance versus industry benchmarks, deep insights of various insurance products and total cost of risk across customer segments and markets on digital platforms like Phone, iPad etc. Responsible for providing the system design and architecture of the new age digital solutions and capabilities to enable the customer to transform itself into a truly digital and data driven organization. Guide Executive, IT management, and technical staff regarding use of next generation emerging technologies and associated services; also participate in the evaluation, selection, application of new and emerging tools and open source technologies in the Al and machine learning space. Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, resourcing and monitoring assigned projects to keep on schedule and within budget. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary. Facilitate and conduct agile/scrum ceremonies like daily standup, sprint planning, backlog grooming, spring review and sprint retrospective meeting. Interact with all levels of stakeholders including executives. Prepare/present to executives and leadership project roadmap, progress, milestones etc. during management review and steering committee meetings. Analyze project risks, issues, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to business and IT leadership. Develop program/project roadmap for organization objectives. Provide and implement action plans to mitigate risk when applicable. Establish plans and goals for each project, track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities. Responsible for managing project resources and project teams ensuring effective resource utilization.

Job Requirements:

Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Require 5 years of experience in job offered, Delivery Manager, Engineering Manager, Technology Manager, Software Consultant, or related. Must have at least three years of experience in JEE, Spring MVC, JPA, MongoDB, JIRA, Angular JS. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
