Job Duties:
With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions Write Code, test, bug fix, develop, debug and deploy new software and enhance existing software. Analyze, Design and Code business requirements. Update application features Analyze and implement new features. Analyze and design solutions best suitable for Cerners Powerchart Touch. Profile and optimize applications to handle high loads, maximum throughput and minimize response time. Profile UI pages for responsiveness and suggest solutions to improve the user experience. Design and develop UI plugins to handle application behavior and REST webservices to serve historic data. Create data models for Oracle DB. Implement responsiveness in PowerChart UI pages using media queries. Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Defect tracking and test set execution.

Job Requirements:
Master's Degree or foreign academic equivalent in Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Science & Engineering, or related field. Requires 2 years of experience in job offered, Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Analyst, or related field. Required experience must include experience in Java, Spring, CSS, SOAP, REST, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Jbehave, Oracle, Cucumber, Cassandra, Selenium, Git, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Agile, Waterfall, Groovy, Ruby. Requires travel/relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
